Privacy Policy
This page explains what data Liontech collects when you visit liontech.me or use the contact form, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It is written to be short and honest rather than legally exhaustive — if you need anything clarified, email us at hello@liontech.me.
1. Who we are
Liontech is a product and technology partnership. For data-protection purposes we act as the data controller for any personal data you submit through this website. Contact: hello@liontech.me.
2. What we collect
- Contact form data — only what you type in: name, email address, optional company name, and your project brief.
- Technical metadata — the IP address of the request and a timestamp, attached to your submission. We use this to detect abuse and prevent form spam.
- Language preference — your choice of English or Russian is stored in your browser via
localStorage. It never leaves your device and is not a cookie.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural analytics.
3. How we use it
Your submission is delivered to our team inbox and our internal Telegram chat so that we can reply to you. We do not use this data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than answering your inquiry and any follow-up communication you start.
4. Who processes it on our behalf
- Cloudflare — hosts the relay function that forwards your submission off our origin server.
- Telegram — receives the notification message in our team chat.
- Resend (when enabled) — delivers a copy of the inquiry to our team inbox and a confirmation email back to you.
Each of these providers acts only on our instructions and processes the data solely to deliver the message. Their own privacy policies apply to the transit step.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as the resulting conversation is active, plus up to 24 months for reference, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time — see section 7.
6. Security
The website is served over HTTPS. The contact form is rate-limited and protected against automated submissions. Bot tokens and email API keys are stored outside the origin server, in encrypted Cloudflare Worker secrets. Access to inboxes and team chats is restricted to Liontech staff.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Send a request to hello@liontech.me and we will respond within one business week. If you are in the EU/UK and believe we are mishandling your data, you can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Children
Liontech is a B2B service. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from people under 16.
9. Changes
If we change this policy materially, the "last updated" date at the top will change. Previous versions are available on request.
